Re #4: I can’t remember the first time I experienced this, but it was a really terrible day and someone in front of me paid. I tend to do this at Starbucks (not Wendy’s or fast food) since people tend to buy 1 or 2 drinks instead of a family meal.
Re #9: Great for living in the moment more. Olympic National Park/cabin weekend is coming up. 😉 Also, might be good to clarify this more since technically a book is technology. I’m going to add “Go a week with WiFi and Data off on your smart phone ” to my life audit.
Re #16: I believe in you.
Re #20: I taught these phrases to my mom (former RN) for her Spanish-speaking patients:
ES: ¿Tienes dolor?
EN: Do you have pain?
If yes/sí:
ES: ¿Dé donde?
EN: Where?
Treavor! I love your feedback. I’ve so far paid for someone behind me at a Starbucks and Chick fi la, and I’m excited to hear that you had someone make your day a little brighter. And true-I’ll probably modify #9 to say no wifi. I feel that books are okay to have! Haha, and thank you for the Spanish. I need to get on that. Can’t wait to see you for our trip! I’m going to have to re-vamp my list and get to work!
